Mystery Shopper Are you interested in a fun and flexible job on the side? Do you like to shop and meet different people? As a Mystery Shopper you decide – to a certain degree - when you want to work.
IQS (International Quality Systems) is a Danish company, who carries out Mystery Shopping and other types of quality evaluations within the retail business all over the world. Please see www.iqs.dk for more information.
We are in constant need of Mystery Shoppers to test the level of service and sales in our clients’ stores. The type of stores varies from clothes shops to DIY centers.
A Mystery Shopper acts like a regular customer but works undercover for us. You have the possibility to evaluate the store and tell us what it is like to be a customer in that store. After each visit, the Mystery Shopper fills in a questionnaire, which is sent back to IQS Denmark. These questionnaires provide the basis for the report the shops receive from us. In the light of these reports, the shops know where to improve their service etc. This way you can help the shops improve their level of service.
Each Mystery Shopper visits takes about 40 minutes to carry out.
